The 14th day of the Road To 0.6 Press Release is underway! And so is our newly christened American Robert E. Pearry Libery Ship. Secondly we have another naval vessel the American DUKW. Moving along to the skies we have a bird!, no a plane!, no it's just a german paratrooper! Last but not least we have another naval vessel, the American ELCO80 PT Boat. Check out the detailed information and images below. On a side note, last weekend the server was comprimized due to hackers attacking the bf1942files server. The issue has been resolved and no data has been lost. We appologize for any inconvience this may have caused. Also we would like to appologize for the late news post. The hollidays can be busy times!

Old man winter has come again, casting his fluries amist the world, but not to worry! The Forgotten Hope staff is here to warm up the cold surroundings. For a long time now Forgotten Hope's staff has been creating a new army for use within FH. The polish army is already placed in our newest internal beta! To start with the first of todays updates is the new Polish M35 Anti-Tank Rifle. What good would an anti-tank rifle be without a tank to shoot at? Here are two versions of the 7tp. The Polish 7tp Light Tank and the Polish 7tp Tank (Twin MG). Next we have the Polish Mors Sub-Machine Gun, followed by the Polish Wz 34 Armoured Car.

Greetings everyone, it appears that it is time for your weekly fix, so without further delay on with the show. First on the list is France's Somua 35 Calvary tank. Entering service in 1935 500 of these tanks had been produced by 1940. It was armed with a 47mm SA35 L/34 main gun. At the time of Germany's invasion 250 were on front line duty. Next up is a model render of the Soviet KV-2 Heavy tank. Armed with a 152 mm M1938/40 L/20 main gun it was more than a match for most German tanks on the Eastern front. However with great strength comes consequences, the tank was very unweildy due to the large weight of the turret. The third installment of todays update is the British 17 pounder Anti Tank gun. This gun was used in the later part of the Desert war and in the battle in Europe. With a maximum range of 3000 yards this gun was definately a weapon to fear. The 17 pounder could take out a tiger at up to 1000 yards. And last but definately not least, we have a very nice tool for all of you on the battlefield. The American Bangalore Torpedo. This device was a tube packed with explosives that was slid under obstacles. Setting the charge shredded the obstacles above it allowing infantry to advance through the area.
