Welcome back for yet another exciting update from the Forgotten Hope Team! Today we have two new infantry weapons to show off for you all.


First up is the German FG42, which was commissioned after the German victory at Crete. Carrying a load of 20 full sized 7.92mm rifle cartridges and able to fire full automatic. It was issued to the Fallschrimjager branch of the Luftwaffe.





Second up today is the M1928A Thompson sub-machine gun. This weapon was used in varous theatres throughout the war, and in Forgotten Hope you'll see it in the Pacific and the African theatre.

As some of you may have already noticed, the next version of Forgotten Hope, 0.62 has already entered internal testing. There are a ton of new features, vehicles, and hand weapons on the drawing boards for the next intstallment, below is just a small taste of what's in store for all of you.

Today two new vehicles for the British armed forces are unveiled, first up is the Hurricane which you'll see on many of the Desert maps in Forgotten Hope, including the new map featured in these shots, Desert Rose!


 
 



Second up is the British Mark VI light tank, seen here on our Invasion of Crete map!

We have some good news today soldiers, Tanelorn, a Desert Combat developer has released a custom sound pack for use in Forgotten Hope 0.61!.
