Hello and welcome back to another update of Forgotten Hope 2.

Today we are proud to reveal our second map that will be featured in the upcoming patch. This time, you will find yourself not in the hot sandy deserts of northern Africa, but in the cold desolate forests of Europe in winter. The map St. Vith was made by Otolikos.

The Battle of the Bulge began on December 16, 1944. In their push towards the ultimate objective of Antwerp, the German 5th Panzer Army had to cross the vital road junctions of St Vith. The town represented the right flank in the German advance and was close to the boundary between the 5th and the 6th Panzer army, the two strongest units of the push. There to slow down the German advance was the U.S. 7th armored division, which had taken the town of St Vith as a key strategic stronghold.

Our winner for this week's screenshot competition is von.small. You can view the winning submission here.

We are now accepting entries for the week of March 11th. If you think you have the best FH2 screenshot, post them here.

That's all for this week, but be sure to come back next week for another update. Until then, feel free to visit our IRC channel channel, our public forums, and/or our Twitter and Facebook pages to discuss this update and other news.
